Nate was able to make small changes in my movements that drastically increased my mobility, and he was able to provide real-time feedback to help me identify when I should actually be pushing through pain versus when I should respect it as an internal warning. I am happy to say that I have regained the ability to enter a full squat and made noticeable gains in strength as I rebuild my body.
