I was somewhat doubtful about how beneficial it would be when I scheduled my intake: I had already been training independently for over a decade, was a physician, and had been told that the joint damage I had suffered was so severe that the joint required total replacement. Thankfully, my fears were misplaced. Nate was able to make small changes in my movements that drastically increased my mobility, and he was able to provide real-time feedback to help me identify when I should actually be pushing through pain versus when I should respect it as an internal warning. I am happy to say that I have regained the ability to enter a full squat and made noticeable gains in strength as I rebuild my body. My only complaint about Nate's coaching is that I didn't have it when I was younger! I strongly recommend consulting him, regardless of where your fitness level may be.”
